Sometimes I get asked for interviews or to participate in magazines, usually I say no and over the past few years with all the distractions I haven't spoken much about my work to anyone else.
When the journalist Bee Bailey sent me a message on Instagram asking for an interview for the local paper, she caught me just at the right time. The following conversation was a pure delight, I hadn't expressed why I did what I do for a while and Bee asked just the right questions to get me fired up again.
Just as I was thinking I might call it day with the dresses (don't worry, this happens a lot!) someone came along to make me feel like Alexandra King the designer again.
