Original vintage 1950s dark green velvet wiggle dress with sash.
Elegant late 1950s wiggle dress with long fitted sleeves and scoop neckline. Made in the softest velvet, the dress features a contrasting taffeta sash belt that pleats like a cummerbund with a drape to one side. The skirt continues in the dark green velvet in a pencil cut to below the knee. Fully lined.
Style with a matching or contrasting court shoe in dark red.

Condition: good wearable condition, there are a couple of small press marks to the velvet on the sleeves. No other significant marks or damage of note. Dry Cleaned, Steamed and Ready to Wear. As with most vintage items, this dress has been previously worn and is over 50 years old.
