This fabulous party dress is designed with a petal bodice (optional straps) black velvet cinched waistband and a full skirt. The back features a stretch smock panel and a tie bow. Decorated with a flock swirl pattern all over. Fully lined.
Style simply with black stilettoes or match the silver with metallic accessories. Photographed with an underskirt, not included.
