Portraits of the American showgirl dress.
I wanted to style the dress in a few different ways. In its simplest form, the dress speaks for itself so simply shoes and make up is all it needs.
In the previous post I wanted to imagine it being worn for day over a shirt and under a trench coat. The obvious sexiness of the sweetheart taken away. Could such a pretty dress look cooler, more gutsy.
Here I looked at candid shots, the behind the scenes getting ready process and how someone gets dressed. I want to look more at the transformation process more from before to after and how someone becomes an identity.
