Refund policy

Your happiness, makes me happy! 

Firstly, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE CHECK YOUR MEASUREMENTS BEFORE PURCHASE. Once you have your measurements it will make shopping so much easier.

If you are not totally happy with your order .... 

Please email me first at info@alexandra-king.com to request a return

Please state the reason so I can understand if something went wrong, we need to improve or if the item just isn't what you expected. 

Please then send the item back to me within 14 days of receipt in the unworn condition and in the original packaging to the address we give you.

Sadly I can't accept the return if: 

- the tags have been removed
- the item has been worn or damaged

Some fragile vintage pieces are sold as seen and can't be returned. This will be noted on the product listing. 

Once your item is safely back to me, you will receive your refund, but as a tiny business, I am unable to refund the initial or return postage costs, sorry.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

No refunds here as your order has been cut and made specifically for you. In the event that something has gone terribly wrong, I will do my very best to put it right and resolve any issues with you.

As we are a distance away and cannot fit your dress personally
please allow for any final fitting alterations to be carried out by a good local tailor.
