Fitting Guide

Size Guide

Our bodies all develop in different shapes, sizes and proportions and garments also come in different shapes, sizes and proportions depending on the design and fit you like.
With so many variables, I think a size guide is pretty irrelevant.

The best way is to measure yourself, know your measurements and use these as a guide for choosing clothing here on our website.

Each garment has a list of measurements. These are taken with the garment laid flat.
Each garment will also note whether it has stretch or no stretch with a rough s/m/l label.

Please check the measurements of the garment against your own body measurements with underwear on.

Lots of our dresses (especially vintage) are structured cuts with no stretch, depending on how you like a fit you can squeeze in an inch or two or loosen by an inch or two.

Should you need your garment tailoring we are able to provide this additional service upon request. Garments generally can be taken in and are very hard to take out.

All alterations to our own dresses are free of charge when ordering.

If taking your dress elsewhere to be fitted in person, we advise that you use a recommended tailor local to you.

HERE IS A HELPFUL VIDEO ON HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF AT HOME.
