Worn your Alexandra King dress to death!? Dragged the hem over hot coals? Snagged a sleeve on a rose thorn? Split a seam having fun or simply spilt milk on your shoe clips? 

Accidents happen and Alexandra King dresses are designed to be enjoyed. We also want them to last a few lifetimes into the future.

Repairs to Alexandra King label garments and accessories are usually free of charge.

Some may be more complex than others and we assess each repair and provide you with a proposed solution before starting any work.

Repairs may include darning, invisible mending, visible mending, patching and replacing sections.

If the item is too damaged we can recycle your item, harvest the materials and offer you a 20% discount on a new design. 

Re-hemming Alexandra King label garments are also free of charge. 

Alterations to Alexandra King and Vintage garments are free is charge before delivery and are charged on a case by case basis on older purchases.

Re-designing Alexandra King designs is also possible. This does incur a charge and is quoted on a case by case basis. 

Cleaning we don't offer a cleaning service at the moment, but can offer advice where possible and will advise you visit an independent dry cleaner. 

Vintage repairs to garments from Alexandra King Vintage are also mostly free of charge.
