Here is our strategy to make it a safer place to enjoy your appointment. Like most businesses, we are closely following the guidance from the Government to help create a safe studio environment during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We want you to enjoy your visit and to be able to relax knowing we have done everything we can to keep you safe and protected.
This is what you can expect from your appointment.
We have carried out a thorough risk assessment of every stage of your visit to help protect you and us together. The studio will have been deep cleaned prior to your visit and will be cleaned again in between any appointments.
Pre Arrival
we will contact you 24 hours prior to your visit to check you have no symptoms and have not been in contact with anyone with any symptoms.
On Arrival
the hallway will have been thoroughly cleaned especially touch points like our banister. The doors will be open ready for your arrival.
On entering the studio please wear your mask and use the hand sanitizer provided.
Social Distancing
We are very lucky to have enough space in the studio to distance ourselves 2 metres apart. It is very important that you keep this distance as much as possible when not having a fitting.
Guests
We are limiting the number of guests to the studio to a maximum of 2 people per visit. This will be someone special to you and they will also help you during a fitting.
Please do not bring children to your appointment as the working studio is not a suitable environment for little ones.
Consultation
If possible, please provide us with a link to your pinterest boards prior to your visit so we have an idea of what you are looking for. We will try to minimize the passing of objects, phones and tablets etc. and will as per usual post any ordered fabric swatches and design sketches to you the week after your consultation. There is a small refundable deposit of £30 for (swatches and sketches).
PPE
Face masks are required for all visitors. Gloves will be required and provided to you for fittings and trying on of any garments. Anna will be wearing a full face shield whilst fitting your dress and a shield during the consultation.
Any tried on garments will be stored away for 72 hours and then steam cleaned.
Contact Details
Booking an appointment is essential prior to visiting the studio and your name and telephone number will be securely stored for 21 days for government contact tracing.
Payments
All payments will be contactless via BACS or our website. We are not able to accept cash.
