One of our first customers to vsiit our new boutique was Denise, all the way from New York!
Denise had commissioned our '1920' dress for her wedding and had sourced the most beautiful beaded Chantilly lace from our favourite New York fabric store. It was amazing to meet Denise and Steve in person and work on the design for her bespoke dress.
Denise's wedding dress had a structured boned bodice with tiered tulle underskirt. The beautiful lace was hand draped and sewn to the bodice with the handkerchief cut skirt to finish the flapper style.
To complete the 1920s theme Denise and Steve were married at the speakeasy 632 on Hudson in New York, were serenaded by Opera singers and danced the Charleston late into the night. All captured by the brilliant photographer Kelly Williams.
