Prom Competition Winners

Congratulations to Lucy Philips of the Blue School and Laura Harmer of Norton Hill School, you are both joint winners of this years prom competition!

Both of these designs were presented professionally. Both were strong designs for a real dress, both could be styled in different ways, both could be constructed at our studio showing a great understanding of fabrics and both showed creative flare. 

When I thought I'd have to flip a coin, I decided that the fairest thing to do would be to have two equal winners! 

This was far harder to choose than expected, all of the entries have been of a very high standard and every design that made our favourites pile would make fabulous dresses. I honestly wish we could make all of them!
