Original vintage late 1950s pink silk cocktail dress.
The dress has a beautiful cut with double straps and a fine band that curves under the bust. The waist is princess cut with flared out to a sharply folded bell skirt. The dress is fully lined in stiff muslin.
Fastening: plastic zipper to the centre back (replaced).
Fabric: heavy silk matte weave

Condition: in excellent wearable condition, no marks or damage. Zip has been replaced. Dry cleaned and ready to wear.
As with most vintage items, this dress has been previously worn and is over 50 years old.
