Original 1920s black crepe satin stripe couture dress.
The dress has a suit illusion design with a plunging cross over silk satin under bodice and a beautifully cut jacket design. The sleeves fit perfectly to the arm with a pointed cuff and smooth shoulder.
The jacket section falls to the hip with delicate jet pockets and a half belt to fasten. There is a weighted hem to ensure it falls in place.
The back of the dress is one piece with the satin and crepe straps running vertically down the body.
A beautifully cut garment with no label but I suspect couture quality.

Condition: good, the shoulders of the inner bodice have been repaired due to stress damage.
