The Showgirl dress is made in Liz Clay's incredible pure wool felt, bespoke printed with her colour saturated design drawn from her travels across the American West.
This is a completely one of a kind piece combining Alexandra King's design and Liz Clay's textile design.
The dress is designed with 1950s showgirls as inspiration, wearing brightly coloured cocktail dresses on their nights off along the Vegas strip.
The bodice is tightly fitted with boned support and sculpted fabric frames the sweetheart. Swarovski crystals stud the straps in traditional metal clasps and over the skirt glistening rhinestones pick out the details.
The skirt is cut in a full circle to ballerina length with three tiered net underskirts in matching reds, yellows and pinks.
