Our 1950s inspired 'Valentine' prom skirt, custom made in a flocked sweetheart tulle.
The waist is fitted with a red grosgrain ribbon and the full skirt is tightly pleated to the waist. Lined with a full tulle underskirt. Fastens with a concealed zip at the back.
