Vintage 1930s Ivory Silk Velvet Beaded Bow Top

Original vintage 1930s beaded pearl bow top in ivory silk velvet.

This is a stunning piece of 1930s design with a statement pearl beaded bow motif, plaited back and hand crafted construction. 
Lined in silk crepe satin.

Fastening: metal hooks and bars down the side.

Condition: in very good wearable condition, there is light overall wear. No marks or and just a couple of pearls missin from the edge. All beads are secure.
Initially thought to be part of a dress, the hem of the top is finished professionally with a piquet edge. The lining is left raw to the hem.  Dry cleaned and ready to wear.

As with most vintage items, this top has been previously worn and is over 80 years old.
