Vintage Vietnamese Nón Lá Leaf Hat

A beautiful vintage traditional Vietnamese Nón Lá Hat with highly decorative bamboo and leaf crafted construction. A small crown sits inside the hat and two ribbons tie under the chin. 
An elegant conical shape with a geometric design which gave inspiration to many European hat designers during the early half of the 20th century.

Fabric: bamboo leaf and carved wood. Natural Dye. Cotton thread

Condition: in good wearable condition.  Light wear and very little damage.
As with most vintage items, this hat has been previously worn and is at least over 30 years old.
