Vintage 1950s Printed Linen Qipao Dress

Original vintage 1950s screen printed linen Qipao or Cheongsam Chinese design dress.

A striking mid century design in brown and olive green with central split colours and orange flowers. Fitted cut with cap sleeves and midi length skirt. Unlined.

Style elegantly with kitten heels taking inspiration from the film ‘In the Mood for Love’ and Hong Kong cinema.

Fastening: side metal zip and metal poppers

Label: unsigned, tailor made. Beautifully cut. Possibly made by tailor in Hong Kong

Age: 1950s

Colour: cocoa brown and olive green with orange.

Condition: in very good wearable condition, no marks or damage of note. 
As with most vintage items, this dress has been previously worn and is over 50 years old.
