Vintage 1980s Petrol Blue Sequin Tassel Skirt

Original Vintage 1980s Petrol Blue / Black sequin flapper skirt. 

The skirt has a stretch waistband and pencil style cut covered in petrol blue black sequins. The hem features a silver flower motif and long strands of beaded tassels faorming V shape. Fully lined.
